PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
The main research direction is optical functional crystal materials, mainly involving the preparation, performances and applications of ultrawide-bandgap semiconductor gallium oxide crystal, sapphire crystal and etc.
TEACHING AND RESEARCH
The teaching courses are “General Physics”, “General Physics Experiment”, “Modern Optics Experiment Foundation” and etc. The national and provincial scientific research projects undertaken include National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Equipment Pre-Research Fund Key Project, Innovation of Science and Technology Research Projects of Shanghai Science and Technology Committee and etc.
