光镊、光流控、生物检测、微纳光学
1. 光力基础理论和异常光力探测
2. 纳米颗粒和生物颗粒的精密分离技术
3. 单/大量生物颗粒的超精密操控和检测
4. 片上微纳光学技术

基于光与颗粒间动量传递的力学效应,光镊可操控微/纳米颗粒,具有无接触、无伤害等优点,在量子物理、量子计算和生物颗粒操控及检测等方面具有重要的科学意义和应用价值,获得了2018年诺贝尔物理学奖。

目前,光镊仍存在以下问题:j操控机制缺乏。大多依靠传统的散射力和梯度力,特殊牵引力、横向力和自旋力等弱光力难以实现和测量,这制约了光镊理论体系的发展;k高效操控方法缺乏。生物颗粒的捕获效率通常小于25%,这限制了光镊的生物医学应用。为此,申请人提出了多种新型光流控光镊操控理论,建立了相应的实验方法,实现了手性和自旋等弱光力的精密测量,以及大量生物颗粒的多功能操控和检测。。
